When we focus on what is right rather than what is wrong, what we have rather than  what we don't have, and strengths rather than faults, we become a participant in a world of cooperation and collaboration rather than competition and opposition. We are excited, motivated and fulfilled. We see every hiccup as an opportunity and we are proactive. Our joy, success, happiness and peace increase and we spread our experiences to others. 

Unfortunately, social conditioning and the news media, has programmed us to believe that a focus on negativity will protect us, motivate us and help us to improve and become happy.  IT WON'T!  The Possi Movement is all about shifting that perception and changing the way the Global Community thinks, reacts and interacts, resulting in a world filled with great joy, success happiness and peace.

Many different Possi PODs are being established and as time goes on they will become very popular, as a Possi POD can be established with, literally, any subject as its focus.

In the Positivity Foundation’s structure Possi PODs are an important platform to use to reach our target markets of Business; Homes and Schools.

A Possi POD is where people will learn, share and grow in becoming more excellent at whatever they do by learning together, how to maintain a Positive attitude in our modern world.

Possi PODs are going to play an important role in re-establishing Positivity to its rightful dominant place in people’s and organisations’ attitudes.

Business PODs will include Leadership; Marketing; Possitude; Social Media; Management and Financial.

Home PODs will include Family; Parenting and Neighbors.

School/Education PODs will include Heads: Learner Leaders; Learners and Educators of all levels from Pre-Primary to Tertiary.

There will be Possi PODs at various levels in Government.
